Eligible Newfoundlanders and Labradorians
Can Still Get Added to the Voters List

Door-to-door enumeration for the October 9, 2007 provincial general election has concluded, but a qualified elector who was not at home when the enumerator visited can still have their name added to the voters list.

Following the enumeration, a revision period will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2007 to add or revise a name and/or address on the List of Electors. This period began on Saturday May 26, and will run until 5:00 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2007.

Eligible voters must complete an application form and forward it to the district Returning Officer for any changes or additions. This application form is available from the district Returning Office, or from Elections Newfoundland and Labrador, 39 Hallett Crescent, St. Johns, or it may be downloaded from our Web site at: //www.gov.nl.ca/elections.

After June 30, 2007, you must contact Elections Newfoundland and Labrador directly to be added to the List of Electors.

Elections Newfoundland and Labrador is a non-partisan office responsible for the conduct of provincial elections and plebiscites.
