Following the judicial recount for the by election in the Electoral District of Humber Valley the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador (Corner Brook) has certified the results to the returning officer as follows:

BALL, Dwight (Liberal Party)
KELLY, Darryl (Progressive Conservative Party)
SENIOR, Shelley (New Democratic Party)		 2,153

The returning officer, Ms. Duane Tompkins, shall declare the candidate, Mr. Dwight Ball, to be elected.
