Official Counts - Results of February 8, 2007 By Elections in
Electoral Districts of Ferryland, Kilbride and Port au Port

The official addition of the votes for the February 8, 2007 by elections in the electoral districts of Ferryland, Kilbride and Port au Port were completed by the returning officers, Ms. Geraldine Kavanagh, Mr. Steve Knight and Mr. Gerry Murphy at their respective returning offices beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 11, 2007.  The following votes for each candidate have been certified by each returning officer:

In keeping with Sections 163(1) and 163(3) of the Elections Act, the returning officer will forward to the Chief Electoral Officer a copy of the declaration of election of Mr. Keith Hutchings, Mr. John Dinn and Mr. Tony Cornect on Saturday, February 24, 2007, 12 clear days following the official addition of the votes, for publication in the Newfoundland Gazette whereupon arrangements will be made to swear Mr. Hutchings, Mr. Dinn and Mr. Cornect in as the members of the House of Assembly for the Electoral Districts of Ferryland, Kilbride and Port au Port.
