Humber Valley By Election, February 12, 2007

Media representatives are advised that the results of the Humber Valley By Election can be obtained from the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer on Monday, February 12, 2007, as soon as the results are received from the returning officer after the polls close at 8 p.m.  The returning officer will be reporting the first poll results received and then in increments of every five polls received.  There are a total of 34 polls.  This information will be made available to the media as it is received.  Please make arrangements for access to a direct phone line by calling 729-0712.

Alternatively, a room is provided for media representatives who wish to be present as the results are received at the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer located at 39 Hallett Crescent, St. John�s.  Please confirm your attendance by noon, Monday, February 12, 2007, by telephoning 729-0712.
