Preliminary Counts in Electoral Districts of Ferryland, Kilbride and Port au Port    

Based on preliminary vote counts received by telephone from the returning officers  appointed to conduct the by elections on Thursday, February 8, 2007 in the Electoral Districts of Ferryland, Kilbride and Port au Port are as follows:

The official addition of the votes for the by elections in Ferryland, Kilbride and Port au Port are scheduled to take place at the offices of each of the Returning Officers, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 11, 2007.  Upon conclusion of the official addition of the votes, the candidate who receives the largest number of votes for each district shall be declared elected by the returning officer for each electoral district.
