The Honourable Joan Burke, Minister of Education, will attend the annual Remembrance Day Commemoration at the Newfoundland and Labrador Youth Centre in Whitbourne, on Thursday, November 8. The commemoration begins at 10:30 a.m. Minister Burke will also tour the centre to view the educational programs offered on site.
