NOTE TO EDITORS: Trans-Canada Highway from Paddy�s Pond to Salmonier Line re-opened The Department of Transportation and Works advises the public that the section of Trans-Canada Highway from the Paddy�s Pond Interchange to the Salmonier Line Interchange is now open. The highway was closed due to stranded vehicles. The department wishes to remind the public that in the future, when motorists are advised to stay off a section of road, they comply with the request.
