Media Advisory: Significant Additions to The Rooms Military Collections
to be Announced at Opening of War and Remembrance Events

On Thursday, November 9 at 1:00 p.m. The Honourable Tom Hedderson, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, along with his colleague the Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Health and Community Services, will open War and Remembrance, a series of commemorative events taking place at The Rooms in observance of Remembrance Day. Significant additions to The Rooms military collections will also be announced at that time.

The opening will take place at The Rooms, Level 3 with tea and coffee to be served afterwards.

Media representatives are invited to attend.
