NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to announce implementation of changes to children�s dental program

Health and Community Services Minister Tom Osborne will join Newfoundland and Labrador Dental Association President, Dr. David Wright, to officially sign an agreement to improve the children�s dental program in the province at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, August 23) in Salon A of the Fairmont Hotel, St. John�s. Media representatives are invited to attend.
