Jenkins, Citizens� Representative (Acting) is pleased to announce the release of the Annual Report of the Office of the Citizens� Representative for the years 2004 and 2005. The Office of the Citizens� Representative in an independent oversight body which accepts and investigates complaints about administrative services provided by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and its various Agencies, Commissions and Boards.
