Environmental Assessment Bulletin

The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Environment and Conservation, has announced the following events relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act.

UNDERTAKING WITHDRAWN:

Crown District 2 Forest Access Road Amendment                               (Reg. 1271)
Proponent: Department of Natural Resources

The proponent has withdrawn the above project from environmental assessment review.

UNDERTAKING RELEASED:

Stephenville Paper Mill Site Decommissioning                           (Reg. 1281)
Proponent: Abitibi-Consolidated Company of Canada
