NOTE TO EDITORS: Photo opportunity with participants in Team Canada Atlantic mission to Florida

In preparation for the upcoming Team Canada Atlantic trade mission to Florida (May 14-18, 2006), participating Newfoundland and Labrador companies and organizations will attend pre-mission briefing sessions in St. John�s on Monday, May 1, at the Fairmont Newfoundland.

Members of the media are invited to a photo opportunity at 11:55 a.m. in the Fairmont Hotel Atrium � Court Garden with officials representing the federal and provincial governments, as well as the Newfoundland and Labrador companies to participate on the mission.

Team Canada Atlantic is a partnership of Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Industry Canada, Foreign Affairs Canada, International Trade Canada and the four Atlantic provinces. Team Canada Atlantic is committed to strengthening the trade and investment relationship between Atlantic Canada and the United States.
