Advisory: Ministers Shelley and Burke to Open Career Information The Honourable Paul Shelley, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, (HRLE) along with his colleague, the Honourable Joan Burke, Minister of Education, are officially opening the HRLE Career Information Resource Centre (CIRC) at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, at the Regatta Plaza, 82-84 Elizabeth Avenue, in Suite 210. As well, an open house between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. is being held at the CIRC in conjunction with the event. The CIRC offers a full range of services designed to help individuals explore their career and employment options, access professional career counseling, participate in a facilitated job search, access relevant labour market information and use other tools to help them make an informed choice in pursuing meaningful and long-term employment.
