NLIS 3 June 22, 2006 (Human Resources, Labour and Employment) NOTE TO EDITORS: Ministers Shelley and Osborne to release Poverty Reduction Strategy On behalf of government, Paul Shelley, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and his colleague Tom Osborne, Minister of Health and Community Services tomorrow (Friday, June 23) will release the provincial Poverty Reduction Strategy. The event is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at the office of the Community Services Council of Newfoundland and Labrador (CSC).
