Health and Community Services Minister Tom Osborne will be the guest speaker at the Eastern Canada and Caribbean Kiwanis Convention - Kiwanians�Changing the World, One Child, One Community at a Time�Together We Can - at 12 noon, tomorrow (Friday, August 4) at the St. John�s Convention Centre.
