NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Danny Williams will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the TOWER Software Centre of Excellence and commemorate the signing of an Enterprise Agreement with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador on Monday, July 17, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. The event will take place at Prima Computer Solutions, 11 Austin Street, St. John�s.

Premier Williams will be joined by Jan Rosi, President of TOWER Software North America, for the event.
