NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Danny Williams will hold a news conference today, (Monday, May 8), at the Prince Philip Drive Campus, College of the North Atlantic, at 11 a.m. in Room L203 to provide an update on the status of the Lower Churchill Project. Concurrently, Ed Byrne, Minister of Natural Resources, will be at the Happy Valley-Goose Bay Campus, College of the North Atlantic, at 10:30 a.m. (Labrador time) and will be linked to the Prince Philip Drive Campus via videoconference.

Media are invited to be present at the Prince Philip Drive and Happy Valley-Goose Bay news conferences. Media are requested to have set up complete by 10:45 a.m. Newfoundland time, 10:15 a.m. Labrador time.
