NOTE TO EDITORS: Launch of strategic cultural plan

Premier Danny Williams, along with Tom Hedderson, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will officially launch the province�s first strategic cultural plan at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 28, at the LSPU Hall in St. John's.
