NLIS 10 February 17, 2006 (Executive Council) Cabinet meetings productive Premier Danny Williams says Cabinet meetings held today and yesterday in Corner Brook have been very productive. "We had excellent discussions on priority economic and social policy initiatives that are being considered for Budget 2006," Premier Williams said. "We also had good presentations on important government initiatives such as the innovation strategy and a strategic cultural plan that are now in their final stages of preparation." The Premier said he and other Cabinet ministers always welcome an opportunity to hold meetings outside the capital city, and have particularly appreciated the warm hospitality of Corner Brook.
