Electoral District of Signal Hill - Quidi Vidi

The official addition of the votes for the November 1, 2006 By Election in the Electoral District of Signal Hill - Quidi Vidi was completed by the Returning Officer, Ms. Greer O�Brien at the Office of the Returning Officer located in the Dr. Harry Roberts Conference Room, Main Floor, Battery Hotel, 100 Signal Hill Road, St. John�s, NL, A1A 1B3 beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2006.  Ms. O�Brien has certified the following votes cast for each candidate:  

In keeping with Sections 163(1) and 163(3) of the Elections Act, the Returning Officer will forward to the Chief Electoral Officer a copy of the declaration of election of Ms. Lorraine Michael on Friday, November 17, 2006, 12 clear days following the official addition of the votes, for publication in the Newfoundland Gazette whereupon arrangements will be made to swear her in as the member of the House of Assembly for the Electoral District of Signal Hill - Quidi Vidi.
