NLIS 6 September 14, 2006 (Education) NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to announce new school construction projects Education Minister Joan Burke will be at Roncalli Central High School in Port Saunders tomorrow, (Friday, September 15), to announce the construction of two new schools in the Western School District. The minister will be joined by Wally Young, MHA for the District of St. Barbe, and Don Brown, chair of the Western School Board.
