NLIS 2 February 8, 2006 (Education) NOTE TO EDITORS: Joan Burke, Minister of Education and Chair of the Council of Education Ministers, Canada (CMEC) will attend a meeting of the Council of Atlantic Ministers� of Education and Training Thursday, February 9, in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss areas of priority for post-secondary education in the Atlantic region and the most effective means of communicating and advancing these priorities with the new federal government.
