Media Advisory: Business Minister’s Scheduled Events

The Honourable Kevin O’Brien, Minister of Business, has several scheduled speaking engagements this week. They include:

Wednesday, November 15
Minister O’Brien will give the luncheon address at the Young Entrepreneurs Business Development Forum at the Comfort Inn, Airport Plaza, St.John’s. The luncheon starts at 12:30 p.m., and the minister is expected to speak at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Thursday, November 16
Minister O’Brien will give the luncheon address at the Newfoundland and Labrador Environmental Industry Association’s Conference – Energy and Environment 2006: Crisis and Opportunity in the Aftermath of Katrina. The conference will take place at the Admiral’s Green Clubhouse, Pippy Park, St.John’s. The luncheon starts at 12:15 p.m., and the minister is expected to speak at approximately 12:45 p.m.

Friday, November 17
Minister O’Brien will address the Straits St.Barbe Chamber of Commerce at the Plum Point Motel. The minister is expected to speak at approximately 7:30 p.m.
