As part of Small Business Week, the Honourable Kevin O�Brien, Minister of Business, will address the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs (NLOWE), the Marystown-Burin Chamber of Commerce and the Gander Area Chamber of Commerce in separate events.
