NOTE TO EDITORS:

Tom Rideout, Minister of Transportation and Works, and Jack Byrne, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, will each address the Newfoundland and Labrador Road Builders/Heavy Civil Association today (Thursday, January 13). The addresses will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn, St. John’s.

The ministers will discuss construction activities, in their respective portfolios, during 2004 and provide the industry with an update on anticipated activity during 2005.
