Basketball teams to compete in Quebec

A total of 60 players and coaches departed today to participate in the Montreal International Basketball Festival slated for this weekend, July 22-24. The Provincial U14 girls developmental program will compete in the U14 division. The boys U14 developmental program has two teams traveling to compete in the U15 age group divisions. The Men�s Canada Games Program will also participate in the U17 division against teams from the US and the eastern seaboard. A total of 98 teams from Europe, Canada and the US will compete in the three-day event. Tournament play begins July 22, and continues until Sunday, July 24.
