Provincial basketball
championships
The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball
Association will host six U14 Pepsi Provincial Championships this weekend, March
4-6 with a total of 41 teams participating.
Beaconsfield of St. John�s will host the East Coast U14 Boys "A" while St.
Kevin�s of the Goulds will host the U14 Boys "B" event. MacDonald Dr plays hosts
to the U14 Girls "A" while the U14 Girls "B" will take place at Baltimore School
in Ferryland.
The West Coast U14 Girls will be hosted by G.C. Rowe in Corner Brook and Xavier
Junior High will host the U14 Boys event. Play gets under way Friday with the
championship games slated for Sunday afternoon.
