Ed Byrne, Minister of Natural Resources, will be the guest speaker at annual general meeting (AGM) of the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture today (Thursday, April 21). Minister Byrne will speak at the AGM�s dinner at 7 p.m. at the Glynmill Inn, Corner Brook.
