NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister Jack Byrne to address Irish Loop Development Board

Jack Byrne, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will be the keynote speaker at a conference luncheon for municipal leaders hosted by the Irish Loop Development Board on Saturday, November 19. The luncheon will be held at the Community Centre, Renews and is scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon.
