NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to attend news conference regarding St. John�s Harbour clean up project

Jack Byrne, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, will be participating in a news conference regarding the St. John�s Harbour Clean up project at St. John�s City Hall on Thursday, April 28. The news conference will be held in the Foran/Greene Room at 3 p.m. Also participating is Mayor Andy Wells.
