NOTE TO EDITORS: New Canadian Voices performance at Confederation Building

On Thursday, December 15, Paul Shelley, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment (HRLE) and minister responsible for immigration, will welcome New Canadian Voices, the choir from the Association for New Canadians. The choir consists of newcomers from 21 different countries. Also participating are some of the children of the newcomers.

The performance will take place in the main lobby of the West Block, Confederation Building, starting at 11:30 a.m.
