NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister launches Red Ribbon Campaign

Dianne Whalen, Minister of Government Services, will be the guest speaker at Mothers Against Drunk Driving�s official Red Ribbon Launch and Victims Vigil on Tuesday, November 1. The event will take place at the Motor Registration Building in Mount Pearl at 7:30 p.m. Media representatives are welcome.
