NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister launches Red Ribbon Campaign

Dianne Whalen, Minister of Government Services, will be the guest speaker at Mothers Against Drunk Driving’s official Red Ribbon Launch and Victims Vigil on Tuesday, November 1. The event will take place at the Motor Registration Building in Mount Pearl at 7:30 p.m. Media representatives are welcome.
