NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Danny Williams and Ed Byrne, Minister of Natural Resources, will hold a news conference at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, November 10, in the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block. The purpose of the news conference is to release the Energy Plan Discussion Paper. Copies of the discussion paper will be distributed to the media at 12:15 p.m.
