John Ottenheimer, Minister responsible for Francophone Affairs, will attend the 10th annual Federal/Provincial/Territorial Ministerial Conference on Francophone Affairs in Regina, Saskatchewan, October 13-14. The theme of this year's conference is Future Outlook on the Canadian Francophonie.
