NOTE TO EDITORS: Premier Danny Williams will hold a news conference in Happy Valley-Goose Bay tomorrow (Tuesday, March 8) to announce funding for a number of major initiatives for Labrador. The Premier and his Cabinet are meeting in Labrador today and tomorrow, and will meet on Tuesday with the mayors and leaders from over 30 communities throughout Labrador. Premier Williams will be joined at the news conference by Tom Rideout, Minister responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and Minister of Transportation and Works; Trevor Taylor, Minister responsible for Labrador Affairs and Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture; and John Hickey, MHA for the District of Lake Melville and Parliamentary Secretary for Labrador Affairs. The news conference will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the Labrador Inn in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
