NOTE TO EDITORS: Premier to attend Change of Command Ceremony in Ottawa

Premier Danny Williams will be in Ottawa on Friday, February 4, to attend the Change of Command Ceremony which will see native Newfoundlander and Labradorian General Rick Hillier, C.M.M., C.D., officially assume the position of Chief of the Defence Staff for the Government of Canada. The reception will be hosted by Adrienne Clarkson, Governor General of Canada, and will take place at the Canada Reception Centre, Hanger 11, Ottawa International Airport.
