NOTE TO EDITORS: Environment and Conservation Minister to Open NEIA Oil Spill Conference

The Newfoundland and Labrador Environmental Industry Association (NEIA) will host its second oil spill conference, an Integrated Approach to Oil Spill Preparedness and Response, on November 28 and 29 at the St. John�s Holiday Inn. The event also features a trade show with exhibits by industry and government agencies.

The conference opens on Monday, November 28 with a breakfast event at 7:30 a.m. Environment and Conservation Minister Tom Osborne will address the conference and officially open the event at approximately 7:45 a.m.
