NOTE TO EDITORS:

Environment and Conservation Minister Tom Osborne and federal Natural Resources Minister R. John Efford will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Government of Canada on addressing climate change on Friday, April 29. The MOU signing will take place at 9:00 a.m. in the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building.
