NOTE TO EDITORS: Tom Osborne, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will participate in the signing of Municipal Wetlands Stewardship Agreements between the province and the towns of Labrador City and Wabush today (Monday, March 7) in Labrador City. The signing ceremony will take place at the Labrador City Town Hall at 6 p.m. Also participating will be Labrador City Mayor Graham Letto, Wabush Deputy Mayor Ron Barron, and Terry Bowles of the Iron Ore Company of Canada.
