Environment and Conservation Minister Tom Osborne will participate in the launch of a new paper and cardboard recycling initiative by Ever Green Recycling in St. John�s on Wednesday, February 9 at the Elizabeth Avenue depot, Regatta Plaza Building. The event gets underway at 10:30 a.m.
