NOTE TO EDITORS: Tom Osborne, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will hold a news conference today, (Wednesday, January 26) at 12:00 noon in the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building to announce an office paper recycling program for the cities of St. John� s and Mount Pearl and the towns of Paradise and Conception Bay South.
