Exploits by election results - June 23, 2005

NOTE TO EDITORS:

Media representatives are advised that the results of the Exploits by election can be obtained from the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer on Thursday, June 23, 2005, as soon as the results are received from the returning officer after the polls close at 8:00 p.m. The returning officer will be reporting the first poll results received and then in increments of five poll results received. This information will be made available to the media as it is received.

Alternatively, a room is provided for media representatives who wish to be present as the results are received at the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer located at 39 Hallett Crescent, St. John�s. Please confirm your attendance by noon Wednesday, June 22, 2005 by telephoning (709) 729-0712.
