Road work announced for Windsor-Springdale
Tom Rideout, Minister of Transportation and Works, and Ray Hunter, MHA for the District of Windsor-Springdale, today announced road work for the district valued at over $1.0 million, under the 2004 Provincial Roads Improvement Program. Approximately $800,000 will be spent on Route 380 which is currently in poor condition.
"This year’s program provides funding for upgrading and improving the provincial highway network, including the work on Route 380. This will make a significant difference for commuters and commercial traffic," said Minister Rideout.
"These projects will go long way in enhancing the safety of roads in the district," said MHA Hunter.
