NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to bring greetings at opening of International Women�s Film Festival

Tourism, Culture and Recreation Minister Paul Shelley will bring greetings at the opening of the 15^th annual International Women�s Film Festival to take place at 8:00 p.m. this evening (October 20) at the Arts and Culture Centre, St. John�s. The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador contributed $10,000 to the festival through the Cultural Economic Development Program.
