NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to attend Bird Island Puffin Festival, Elliston

Tourism, Culture and Recreation Minister Paul Shelley will be in Elliston tomorrow (July 15) to participate in activities associated with the Bird Island Puffin Festival. Minister Shelley will participate in the official opening ceremonies at 6:50 p.m., followed by the Peninsula Idol competition, similar to Canadian Idol, at 7:30 p.m. Roger Fitzgerald, MHA for Bonavista South, will accompany Minister Shelley at scheduled events.
