Pepsi hoop championships

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will host six provincial Pepsi championships this weekend, May 14-16, in various regions of the province. The West Coast U15 midget boys will take place in Gander with eight teams competing. The East Coast midget boys B will be hosted by St. Kevin's Junior High, while St. Kevin's High plays host to the 10-team East Coast U16 boys event in the Goulds. The East Coast midget girls A is slated for Fatima in St. Brides, the B division will be played at Laval in Placentia and the C division will be hosted by Stella Maris in Trepassey.
