Pepsi basketball championships

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will host six provincial Pepsi championships this weekend, March 12-14, in various regions of the province. The West Coast 14 girls event will be played at G.C. Rowe School in Corner Brook and has10 teams entered. Grenfell College in Grand Falls-Windsor will host the nine-team west U14 boys championship. St. Kevin�s of the Gould�s and St. Catherine�s Academy of Mount Carmel will host the17-team East Coast U14 girls A and B events, while Fatima Academy of St. Bride�s and St. Lawrence Academy will host the16 teams entered in the East Coast U14 boys A and B divisions. Games will start Friday afternoon and will conclude on Sunday afternoon with the championship games.
