Nike all-Canada camp changes one-year policy

At a recent meeting of the NLBA, an executive decision was made to remove the one-year restriction policy on athletes attending the Nike all-Canada camp. Athletes are now eligible to attend multiple years. Under the previous policy, athletes may have based their decision to wait until next season before applying to attend. As a result of this decision, the NLBA are re-opening the application process to female and male athletes. The camps are open to athletes born between 1987-1989. The camps are scheduled for July 7-11 (female) and July 14-18 (male) in Toronto, Ontario. Athletes are responsible for their own transportation to and from Toronto. Applications are available online at www.nlba.nf.ca and must be into the office prior to the March 10 deadline. For additional information, please feel free to contact the provincial office at 576-0247.
