Atlantic Energy Minister�s Forum

The Atlantic Energy Ministers' Forum, established by the Council of Atlantic Premiers, will meet June 6-7 in Mill River, Prince Edward Island.

Jamie Ballem, Minister of Environment and Energy for Prince Edward Island, will chair the meeting. Also in attendance will be Cecil P. Clarke, Nova Scotia Minister of Energy; Ed Byrne, Minister of Natural Resources, Newfoundland and Labrador; and Bruce Fitch, Minister of Energy, New Brunswick.

Ministers will hold a news conference following their meeting. It will take place at 3:15 p.m. at the North Cape Interpretive Centre, Route 12, North Cape.

All media representatives, including journalists, photographers, camera operators and technicians, must register by submitting their name, affiliation and contact information to the P.E.I. Department of Environment and Energy at (902) 368-5286 by Friday, June 4.
