NOTE TO EDITORS:

Joe Volpe, federal Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, and Joan Burke, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, will hold a joint news conference tomorrow, Friday, September 3, to make an announcement for employment projects.
